From a single dashboard: store delivery (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.), ISRC/UPC generation, live royalty reports and end-to-end rights management with Content ID. Based in Turkey, our KVKK-compliant infrastructure and transparent pricing support both first-time artists and labels with large catalogs.

Legal and compliance

We act in line with our Privacy Policy and Personal Data Policy; traffic data is retained within legal periods under Law 5651. Our practices cover the following principles:

  • Processing purposes: Account management, contract performance, billing/payment, fraud prevention, customer support and regulatory compliance.
  • Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2 (contract, law, legitimate interest) and explicit consent where required.
  • Retention periods: Transaction and accounting records are kept per applicable law; deletion/destruction/anonymization at end of period.
  • 5651 traffic data: Access logs retained for minimum legal periods with integrity controls.
  • Security measures: Encryption (in transit/at rest), access authorization, regular backups and audit logs; supplier contracts with security commitments.
  • Cross-border transfer: Transfers with required safeguards for hosting/CDN and store integrations.
  • Your rights: Under KVKK Art. 11 you may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection via admin@auvidi.com.
  • Cookie preferences: Non-essential cookies managed in Cookie Settings; consent can be withdrawn anytime.
  • Infringement notices: Submit copyright/DMCA-style claims by email with evidence; we review and act within reasonable time.
  • Disputes: Turkish law applies; courts in Istanbul (Pendik) have jurisdiction.
