Delivery & Refund Terms

1. Digital delivery

• Services are provided digitally; no physical shipment.
• Panel access, file upload, store delivery and reports occur online.
• On successful delivery, status notification in panel and/or email is sent.

2. Delivery time and SLA

• Panel access: Activated instantly upon payment confirmation.
• Store delivery: Usually processed within 24–72 hours depending on content review; store review times vary.
• Reporting: Provided periodically in panel per store report cycles.

Note: Force majeure, store policies or copyright disputes may affect delivery times.

3. Refund/withdrawal terms

• For digital services, withdrawal right applies where law allows and service performance has not started.
• If content was sent to stores/processed or panel usage occurred, refund evaluation is limited.
• For unused subscriptions, refunds may be considered per plan contract period and procedure.

4. Exceptions

• Promotional/discounted plans, trials or campaign packages may have special terms.
• One-off operational services (rush delivery, custom edits etc.) are outside refund scope.
• Delays due to third-party store/service policies are not grounds for refund.

5. Refund process

• Request via panel support ticket or admin@auvidi.com.
• Approved refunds return to original payment channel (card/transfer etc.).
• Card reflection may take 3–10 business days depending on banking.
• Invoiced services refunded per applicable tax/procedure rules.

6. Changes/cancellation

• Changes via panel for content not yet sent to distribution.
• Changes after store delivery follow store rules; may require extra time/fee.
• Operations started on request (metadata edit, rush send) may not be cancellable.
