Distance Sales Agreement

Terms for remote sale of digital services/plans offered by Auvidi; covers contract formation, delivery/performance, withdrawal and refund.

1. Parties and subject

This agreement governs rights and obligations between Seller Auvidi Bilişim ve Müzik Teknolojileri A.Ş and the buyer (consumer/business) for distance sale of digital services and plans on auvidi.com.

2. Definitions

Buyer: Natural/legal person purchasing product/service on auvidi.com.
Service: Online services such as digital distribution, reporting, rights management.
Plan: Subscription/plan with defined scope and duration.

3. Contract formation

Contract is formed when buyer completes order and payment is confirmed via payment provider. Pre-contract information and this agreement are available before order.

4. Product/service and price

Service scope and plan contents are stated on product pages. Prices shown with VAT included/excluded info; campaigns have special terms.

5. Payment and billing

Payment collected securely via contracted providers. Invoice issued electronically per law and sent to buyer email.

6. Delivery/performance

Performance is digital; no physical delivery. Panel access upon payment confirmation; store delivery, review and release per store policies.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumer has right to withdraw within 14 days for distance contracts per law.
For digital content/services, withdrawal exceptions may apply if performance started with consumer's explicit consent.
For plans/services where performance started on this platform, withdrawal follows plan contract exceptions and procedures.

8. Refund procedure

Withdrawal/refund requests via panel support ticket or admin@auvidi.com.
On approval, amount refunded to original payment channel; reflection time depends on banking.
Invoiced services refunded per tax procedure rules.

9. Complaints and disputes

Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction; for commercial transactions Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices.

10. Privacy and personal data

Personal data processed under Privacy Policy and Personal Data Policy; Cookie Policy applies for cookie preferences.

11. Force majeure

Events beyond control such as natural disaster, war, strike, official restrictions and third-party outages may affect performance; no liability in such cases.

12. Effective date

Effective date: 10.10.2025 — Updated version published on site prevails.
