1. Scope and acceptance
All services on auvidi.com and related subdomains are subject to these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updated provisions. Privacy Policy, Personal Data Policy and Cookie Policy are integral parts of this document.
2. Definitions
- User: Visitor, member, artist/label or prospective account holder.
- Panel: Auvidi management interface and account areas.
- Content: Music recordings, cover art, metadata and other materials.
3. Service scope
Includes distribution (ISRC/UPC generation and deliveries), royalty reporting (store/country/track breakdown), rights management (Content ID, infringement processes) and support channels. Scope and terms may vary by product/plan.
4. Account and security
- You are responsible for confidentiality of account credentials and actions taken through your account.
- Strong passwords, multi-factor authentication and up-to-date contact details are recommended.
- Report suspicious activity to admin@auvidi.com.
5. Fees and billing
Fees may be commission and/or subscription based. Invoiced per applicable Turkish tax law. Campaigns and promotions may have separate terms.
5.1 Subscription/plan terms
Renewal
- Subscriptions are defined per period (monthly/yearly). Unless stated otherwise, auto-renewal is off at period end. Users who want auto-renewal confirm via the panel.
- On renewal, the new period is invoiced at current price and taxes.
Termination
- Users may request termination anytime via the panel. Termination takes effect at end of current period; access continues until then.
- For abuse, fraudulent traffic or serious breach, Auvidi may suspend/terminate accounts immediately.
Refund / withdrawal
- Refund terms vary by plan and usage; withdrawal exceptions may apply for digital content/services per law.
- For unused subscriptions, refunds may be considered per plan contract period and procedure.
- Promotional/discounted plans and campaign packages may have different refund terms.
6. Intellectual property
User represents they hold necessary rights to uploaded content. Auvidi acquires contract-appropriate usage rights for distribution and promotion; cooperates with user on third-party infringement claims.
7. Prohibited use
- Unauthorized use of others' content.
- Generating fraudulent traffic such as manipulative streams/purchases.
- Unlawful data processing and abuse.
7.1 Music content moderation
- Rights and originality: User represents they hold rights/licenses; covers, remixes, samples etc. require user to obtain permissions.
- Duplicate/spam content: Re-uploading same recordings, misleading title/cover/metadata or search manipulation is prohibited.
- Misleading attribution: Impersonation, fake collaborations and incorrect ISRC/UPC assignments are blocked.
- Quality and standards: Minimum audio, cover and metadata standards per Auvidi guidelines; non-compliant content returned or rejected.
- Unlawful content: Hate speech, violence incitement, illegal activity or copyright infringement not accepted; platform and store policies apply.
- Enforcement: Suspected violations may block release or takedown; repeat offenses may restrict/terminate account.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
Services are provided “as is”. Auvidi is not liable for indirect/consequential damages or lost profits. Legally mandatory cases reserved.
9. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach. Users may request account closure anytime.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Terms are governed by Republic of Turkey law. Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
